Moment in Time: Floored

Baby Aly knocked out in her toy area of the living room after a long afternoon out and about.

Our little ones have something figured out that we lose touch with as grown-ups, I think. Sometimes we just need a little time to recharge, but we’re just too busy to find the time.

Find time to rest when you need it, and be well, friends.

  1. An excellent point!! We do need to rest and recharge and listen to our bodies (and this includes recharging of the mind via meditation). Thank you for this reminder friend.

    1. And thank you too, Meg. 🙂 I hope you are well!
